Modular Paint/Sealer Heating and Cooling System

Reiter has become well established within the plastics industry for applying various coatings to automotive plastic interior and exterior parts.  The facilities offered range from adhesive application to full gloss parts with application for both Polyporopelyne and ABS materials.   We integrate application only systems or we can work with key partners to offer full turnkey solutions.   Our software system integrates between the Paint mix room, dosing equipment and robots, our software allows for real time changes for adjustment of applicator without changing brush programmes of the robot.  We also offer additional software pages for integration of third party equipment eg. ARP, ventilation system, coagulation plant, chemical dosing etc.
